Exterior Residential Painting – Toowong

Exterior Residential Painting – Toowong

Applied & Decorative Painting recently completed the exterior painting to a wonderful home in Toowong. This property sits on a beautiful upper slope of the inner Brisbane suburb. The condition of the existing exterior of the house was in bad shape, including wood rot to walls and flaking paint.

We removed the existing flaking paint using a safe lead-based paint removal system, which removes lead paints safely & effectively then, we applied a sealer binder. We performed minor patching/repairs to the walls & handrails and filled all gaps to prevent future wood rot.

An awesome Dulux colour consultant helped our client in providing professional colour advise. We then created free digital overlays to help our client visualise their colour options to ensure they were 100% satisfied with their colours before painting began.

For this project, we provided height access equipment. Anti mould paint systems were applied to the gutters, fascia and soffits. Dulux Aquanamel in Sandfly Point Double was then applied to these areas. Watyl decking paint with sealer binder was applied to the back deck and weatherboard walls were painted using Dulux Weather shield in Kahlua Milk.
