Recently, we completed an exterior painting project for a house on Brisbane’s southside. We first painted this tidy Annerley bungalow back in 2015, when we provided insurance repair services, and this year, the client asked us to return and repaint the entire exterior, plus some additional interior painting.
First, we washed the exterior of the house using a high pressure cleaner and detergents to get rid of grime and prepare it ready for painting. We supplied height access equipment for easy access. To protect the client’s health and environment, a HEPA vacuum sander was used when sanding back the deteriorating paint, to ensure the dust and old paint was captured and removed from site. We prepped and painted the walls, pipes, fascia, soffits, and window hoods using Dulux undercoat and top coat.
We removed failing putty and re-putty to areas where required. For a more professional finish, we removed the existing paint from the window glass. For added protection on walls, all our paints are backed with a 10 year warranty to ensure it will still look good in years to come.
After completing the exterior painting, we ensured that our clients were happy with the painting results. And here is what our client had to say:

Thank you for arranging Tom to return to the house to repaint the kitchen wall, paint the wall near the refrigerator and paint the retaining wall under the fence and concrete at side of driveway. He did an excellent job in both places, especially in choosing the shade of grey used on the retaining wall and concrete.
Both myself and Leila are extremely happy with the work that has been done and the whole experience in dealing with you has been calming and hassle free. Please pass on our thanks to Darren and Tom and anyone else who worked on the property during the painting last year for insurance and during the recent painting.
