We have been called to a small exterior painting job for this 3 bedroom Queenslander house in Ashgrove recently. Areas required for painting are the handrails to deck and stairs, gate and stairs.
We removed the handrails affected by wood rot and replaced it. Sealer binder is used to the handrails to seal porous surfaces and provide a sound surface for subsequent coats. Gaps to balustrades were filled with putty to prevent wood rot. We painted the back landing pad with intergrain natural.
Our professional team competed exterior painting and minor repairs in Ashgrove ensuring our clients are happpy with the overall job result. And below is what our client said.
Hi Gary and Darren,
I just wanted to say thank you for a great job!
We are very happy with the finished work and were so impressed with your business overall. Your ongoing communication and project management with me was much appreciated.
We will be in touch later in the year to arrange a maintenance service you mentioned (gutters cleaned, walls washed and decks oiled I think you mentioned?). And will definitely use your business for our future painting needs (but that’s a few years away!).
Thanks again for everything,
